You have 14 days to change your mind
Noryel complies with the European Consumer Protection Regulation. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return conditions:
The item must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.
Items that show signs of use, misuse, or are returned outside the return period will not be eligible.
How to request a return:
Email our support team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide the appropriate return address for your region.
Refunds:
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 working days.

🔄 Exchange Policy
Exchanges for damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a faulty item or the wrong product, we will replace it at no extra cost.
How to proceed:

Email us a photo of the item received.

Include your order number and a description of the issue.
Once confirmed, we will send a replacement item free of charge.
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receipt.
Example:
If you ordered a short and received a shirt, contact us with a photo, and we’ll ship the correct item.
